What kit do I need to bring with me?
If you are hiring a bike, we will supply you with a helmet, gloves and a drink bottle. We will also carry out any repairs and fix any punctures. If you are bringing your own bike, you will need your own helmet and gloves. We also recommend some spare tubes and a spare rear hanger. A pair of padded shorts and some short sleeve cotton tops would also be advisable. A lightweight shower proof jacket is also recommended in case you are unlucky enough to catch a shower!
